I thought to myself OMG WHY SO FLUFFY then I remembered they live in Antartica LOL.

Hahaha actually I got curious so I did some searching and found out that only baby penguins have fluffy feathers, which are replaced by sleek waterproof feathers as they get older. I prefer fluffy penguins.
