yah kinda strange. the owner of that youtube channel mentioned it in his bio:
Disclaimer:
I do not endorse keeping birds and cats together; my cats have an unusually low prey drive, and I have had years to train and desensitize them. I remain vigilant and in control of their interactions at all times.

They're so cute that Pokemon just pretty much drew them as they are and created a very lovable creature.

So pretty! The large ears and big round eyes combo kills me but do foxes actually count as dogs? Always thought they're a separate species.

I think foxes and dogs are separate. To find a common ancestor, you really have to go way back in time. They're like very distant cousins lol. But I guess BBC Earth used that title for the video because it brings more clicks since people like dogs more?

I see...makes sense. I remember dogs are canine and foxes are lupine so was quite sure they're not the same species.

Quite possible since foxes are somewhat common in the UK and aren't quite as universally loved as dogs over there.

Cats can be quite strange sometimes but we let them get away with it.

He looks like one of the cats that roam my neighbourhood. Maybe I should bring a potato and see if the one downstairs likes it too.

Let us know how it goes.
Maybe all black and white cats love potatoes.
